3. Production will take up to 3-4 weeks after the Pre-Order period.

• Acrylic Charms ETA - 2 WEEKS
• If you ordered charms along with the shirts, please expect them to be shipped together. Should you wish to have the other skzoo merch to be shipped earlier, just notify me via dm.

When will I receive my pre-ordered items?
- All merchandise will be sewn and printed by our trusted local manufacturers. This means, it will take 3 weeks up to 1 month for them to finish production.

Once they arrive at our location, it will take about 1 week for us to sort, quality-check and pack your orders.

Delivery will take 2-3 days for MM and Cavite orders. 3-5 days for Luzon orders. 5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao orders.

International Delivery will depend on the country. Expect the ETA to be around 3-6weeks for Postal shipments.

What are the international modes of payment you accept?

What are the local MOP?

- For Manual Payments details will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.

• Payment via Maya Checkout (accepts major e-wallets) is also available but Manual Payments are preferred for local orders.

Is COD available?
- To streamline the shipping process, we opted for NON-COD delivery.

Until when can I settle my payment?
- You may settle your payment within 48 hours after receiving the Order Confirmation email.

Where do you ship from?
- We ship from Cavite.

Why do the Shipping Fees cost that much?
- To give your merchandise enough space and protection, we use a Medium Pouch (12x18 inches) for items like shirts or multiple qty orders. For small orders like stationery, base rates will apply.

Is COD available?
- To streamline the shipping process, we opted for NON-COD delivery.

Can I have my order shipped via Shopee Checkout?
- No, SCO will not be available this time. Shopee has deleted my checkout link listing so to avoid any penalties I opted not to create a new listing. Hoping you can understand 🙏

How much will the SF be for larger quantity orders?
- Shipping fees for bulkier items (3+ hoodies, shirts, etc) are subject to change depending on which mailer pouch they will fit into (for GGX) and the total order weight (for J&T).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, fees are calculated at checkout. If it says your country is unavailable, please DM me on twitter so I can arrange/fix shipping for you.

What courier do you use for intl orders?
Worldwide Shipping will be done thru Postal Services (SG Post and PhilPost). Postal ETA is 3 to 6 weeks.
