Pre-Order Guidelines

PRE-ORDER PERIOD: Aug 4 - 11, 2025

    1. Read all details thoroughly and review your order before placing it.
    2. Be 100% sure. Once you submit your preorder, strictly no cancellations allowed.
    3. Production will take up to 3-6 weeks after the Pre-Order period.

    Production & Merch ETA

    When will I receive my pre-ordered items?
    - All merchandise will be sewn and printed by our trusted local manufacturers. This means, it will take up to 3 weeks for them to finish production.

    Once they arrive at our location, it will take about 1 week for us to sort, quality-check and pack your orders.

    Delivery will take 2-3 days for MM and Cavite orders. 3-5 days for Luzon orders. 5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao orders.

    Sizing & Fit

    We suggest you go for your usual size for a comfortable fit. If you want an oversized fit, go one size up.

    What are the modes of payment?

    - Payment details will be sent to you via email once your order is confirmed.

    Is COD available?
    - To streamline the shipping process, we opted for NON-COD delivery.

    Until when can I settle my payment?
    - You may settle your payment within 48 hours after receiving the Order Confirmation email.

    Where do you ship from?
    - We ship from Cavite.

    Why do the Shipping Fees cost that much?
    - To give your merchandise enough space and protection, we use a Medium Pouch (12x18 inches).

    Is COD available?
    - To streamline the shipping process, we opted for NON-COD delivery.

    Can I have my order shipped via Shopee Checkout?
    - Unfortunately, we are not operating via Shopee for now.

    How much will the SF be for larger quantity orders?
    - Shipping fees for bulkier items (3+ hoodies, shirts, etc) are subject to change depending on which mailer pouch they will fit into (for GGX) and the total order weight (for J&T).
